Chris & Debbie
After a frustrating year teaching 7th and 8th graders I bought a pickup truck and a pager and Quality Home Improvements was born in June of 1988. In March of the following year Debbie and I married and she became the bookkeeper and my better half. From 1994 to 2000 our family grew from 2 to 7 and relocated to North Augusta as well.
In 2006 we formed an LLC and changed our business name to Hoffmann Residential Services. We provide referral based residential construction services in South Carolina and Georgia. In 2017 we expanded to offer electrical services and launched a real estate brokerage when our sons Cale and Nic came home to join the team. In the Spring of 2024 our youngest son, Andy came home to join the team. His degree and job experience in accounting allows him to assist Debbie in the office as well as being the point of contact for property management.
Integrity, hard work, and attentive customer service has been and continues to be the hallmark of our business. It is our commitment to our customers, each other, and our God.
Nic & Anna
I’m a 2017 graduate of the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina with degrees in Real Estate and Management. I came home to the North Augusta community to be Broker-in-charge of Hoffmann Residential Services. My family’s goal in our Real Estate Brokerage is to help make the home buying process simple, enjoyable, and worry free.
Anna and I met at USC Columbia and married in 2018. We renovated a home in downtown North Augusta. We love calling North Augusta home and enjoy being a part of our community. We have 4 children: Davis, Aly, Lee and Ben. Anna works as a nurse at Piedmont Hospital.
Andy & Ashton
I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Accounting in 2021 and began working in that field. After getting married to Ashton in 2022, we stayed in the Columbia area for a couple years before moving to join the family business in June 2024. It is my goal to work with integrity and to keep the highest possible standard in our construction projects and real estate transactions. I am excited to see what the future holds for our family and business.
Cale & Ashley
I moved to Columbia after finishing high school to attend Midlands Technical College. Earning my degree there allowed me to get my electricians license. I also worked to get my real estate license and headed back to North Augusta to join our family’s business.
Ashley and I were married in June 2020. We live in downtown North Augusta and love everything our growing community has to offer. We have two daughters: Abigail and Clara.
